Ryan Kubacki

Ryan was recruited by equity owner M33 Growth to be CEO of Contruent, co-invest in the business, and serve on the Board of Directors. Ryan has a track record of growing and innovating companies, from his previous executive roles at Flexera, Vista Equity Partners and Microsoft. Ryan is passionate about helping build our world’s infrastructure with far more precision and speed, by introducing innovative software productivity to a notoriously inefficient capital construction sector. Ryan has brought in an experienced management team from places like Oracle, Google and Microsoft to help scale the company’s deep engineering experience. Out of the gate, Ryan already has Contruent growing at a 50% clip while also launching the new Contruent Enterprise cloud offering. Stay tuned for more!

Ryan’s leadership skills were honed during his undergrad days at Harvard, where he served as president of the Crimson Key Society on his way to earning a BA and then an MBA from Harvard Business School.
