Since joining the company in 2022, Lerch has served as Vice President, Global Customer Success and Services. Before joining Contruent, Lerch served as the Global Vice President of Solutions Delivery at TPGI, an IT services and consulting firm, where he led a team dedicated to driving customer satisfaction and increasing customer loyalty.
