EURASIAN RESOURCES GROUP AFRICA CHOOSES Contruent SOFTWARE FOR ITS METALKOL ROAN TAILINGS RECLAMATION PROJECT IN THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO

Johannesburg, South Africa, 15 June 2017 – Eurasian Resources Group Africa (“ERG Africa” or “the Company”) today announced that it will be adopting the latest Contruent Classic software from ARES Africa (Pty) Ltd, the local representatives of ARES Project Management LLC, a leading project management software and services provider.

The Contruent Classic software will be used for project cost control and integration to project scheduling systems for the Company’s Metalkol Roan Tailings Reclamation Project (“RTR Project”) in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (“DRC”).

The RTR Project is a comprehensive low-cost hydrometallurgical facility that is restoring the local environment through reprocessing old tailings that were dumped into the local environment following mining activities in the 1950s. The Company commenced construction on the project in June 2015.

ERG Africa, a division of Eurasian Resources Group (“ERG” or “the Group”), is one of the most significant mining enterprises in Africa today. The Company is currently undertaking an ambitious turnaround programme to move its African copper and cobalt assets down the global cost curve with the aim of attaining a position on the lowest quartile of the industry cash cost curve .
